  I've been with William for over 10 years. He looks after his customers well. He won't bs around and just give you any hairstyle that you want if he thinks that it won't suit you. He'll be honest and upfront with you. If something you want won't work or will take time to achieve, he'll let you know and suggest an alternative. He'll sit down and go through your hair history, see how much time you currently spend or are willing to spend on your hair when you leave the salon. What's the point of you asking for an amazing hairstyle if you won't maintain it. I've seen him transform ordinary people and they walk out full of confidence and with million dollar smiles. Best of all, he won't just give you a single look, he'll show you how to style it in different ways so your look is versatile. I think of William as more than just my hairdresser, he's a good friend and both him and his wife are like family to me. After 10 years, I've never not received compliments about my hair and colour. It never gets old when people are constantly amazed by your look. I highly recommend him, obviously.

  Today I headed into Beau by William in the hope of getting a terrible job by another hairdresser fixed. William was AMAZING. Not only did he fix my colour, he explained all the different scenarios and explained what the result would likely be. In a matter of a day I went from having a horrific foil job where I was too embarrassed to be seen in public to having so many people compliment me on my new colour! Thank William, you're a star!
