  Im a new local and thought I’d explore the area. Walking in I was kindly greeted and assisted by a gentlemen named Dave/David. Whilst I was browsing I could over hear the other lady (possibly the manager) Tania being incredibly rude, passive aggressive and nothing but a hassle to Dave. As someone that has worked in both the retail and hospitality industry I felt terrible for Dave and embarrassed that someone is allowed to talk to a coworker like that in front of others. Be better.

  The older male employee was fabulous! He helped us with the beautiful sale pillow cases and even convinced us to buy a mug as well! Great, efficient service :) Will be back x

  I went in at 5pm and I knew exactly what I wanted so I didn't waste their times. Angus was very helpful, but the store Manager Tania was just trying to kick me out and rushed me out the store and it was only 5.20pm. I kept apologizing for bothering them so late but she was just not even looking at me, and did everything she could to kick me out. I spend $700 in 20mn, least I would expect is a bit of customer service. I have a membership they didn't even asked me. I was told all the items I bought were discounted, but realised one of them wasn't, I just called them the morning after, and Tania was extremely rude, she even put me on hold while I was explaining the situation. She just dismissed me and cut me off.
  
  Avoid this shop, they are very unhelpful and the store manager is one of the rudest person I have ever come across.

  We love working with the team at BB&T, popped in with no time to spare to grab a few decor items, and a delightful gentleman got us settled up quickly and even carried the bags to our Uber. Fantastic home goods shop in Melbourne featuring a little bit of everything.

  I agree, this shop has poor customer service. I went in to choose some placemats. I said to the man working there that I needed 8 but the store only had 6 of them. At first he said he could try another store but then thought better of it and said that because they were so cheap the other store probably wouldn’t send them over.
  I should have walked then and there….rude as well as poor service!!
