  We did an interstate move from QLD to VIC and Grace proved to be very professional and efficient. Our move consultant Jo was very accommodating and responsive. She never failed to address any of our concerns. The moving of all our household items happened smoothly without any delays and all our items were wrapped well and brought to the new place intact with nothing out of place. We were quite pleased with how the move was handled by removalists at both ends. Would confidently recommend Grace for moving house.
  
  However, we also went with Grace to have our car transported. We had some reservations as it was a third party CEVA Logistics. This transport company was not at all forthcoming. We did not receive any condition report upon picking up of car (Grace had informed that we would be given one) and instead made to sign an electronic device. We were later sent a condition report upon request through Grace which showed damages that were not there! (ours was a well looked after near new car) This report came along with the signature that they had got through the electronic device! And we could do absolutely nothing about it as they morosely insisted that the document was signed. Thankfully car arrived (with none of the damages indicated in the report). Long story short, they were very dubious in their dealings and added all the stress to what could have been a fairly smooth move.
