  The pharmacist Jonathan was really rude with other staff and also with the clients. It was clear he had a frustrating day, but as a customer facing role, that's not an excuse to yell at customers or simply be rude.

  This elder lady who works at the check-out is a very unpleasent person. Sincrely hope store manager can train the staff to pick her words with much more caution. She is extremely rude and careless to customer.
  During my last visit, after purchasing few items was leaving the store and the beeping went off, she decided to yell out "excusme!!" with annoying hand gesture and when I returned back to the counter it gets better. then she says "did you put some makeups in your bag??"
  And started looking into my purse (without the permission of course)
  Aftet re-scanning the products she literally threw back the goods I purchased back into the bag.
  Turned out the lady did not scan the barcode properly in the first place. Yet she did not even apology. Being accused of stealing infront of other customers around, when it really was her mistake was absolute waste of time and a perfect way to ruin someone's day. It was most ridiculous experience ever.

  The Pharmacist at this store named Johnathan is patronising and downright rude . He was combative and dismissive about allergies to certain antibiotics and gloated about certain class of antibiotics and their effects and affects . I agree I am not a medicine expert nor an armed “internet opinion soldier”. Jonathan was loud and used aggressive hand gestures as if I didn’t understand English. Avoid this horrible horrible discount Richard Gere esq sod.

  Just had a terrible experience with the cashier named Rowena. When requesting a refund, she grilled me with many personal questions and made several judgmental comments which made me extremely uncomfortable. She also claimed that she is the acting store manager, and the actual store manager is too busy to manage the store and wouldn't waste time on customers. If Rowena is to be kept as the cashier, I would strongly recommend some training for her on respect and customer privacy.

  The range of products in this Priceline is less than half of what the other Pricelines are stocking. A lot of brands a missing and whatever is on the shelves gives a very limited choice. This place opened just before or around the closure of a much better store on Collins Street West (next to the Post Office), but it is no substitute in any way - this part of town is virtually without a Priceline.
