    As an owner of four TAG HEUER watches I am disappointed to say that the "service" in this store could only be described as appalling. I have my watches serviced here to ensure manufacturers accredited service history to underpin the quality and value of my collection of watches. The customer care and communication you would expect from a premium brand is poor. Regrettably this has happened multiple times, so it is definitely a trend rather than isolated experience. Definitely need to lift their game. This review is being written while I have sat waiting in the Collins St Melbourne TAG HEUER owned store for 30 minutes in the service department after having been acknowledged by store staff upon entry. I will make another post after I conclude my visit.
