  This is the second time I've used them, and the second time with issues. Firstly, the car having been confirmed upon arrival there was no one there for over an hour. The car when actually I found someone wasn't ready and had to wait longer. The woman was rude, abrupt and unapologetic. The second time was yesterday and i was faced with the same woman, however this time there was no car for my booking. I was stranded with my entire Easter holiday looking in shambles. I was greeted with "there are no cars, there is nothing we can do", no eye contact, dismissive and somewhat angry...this was all with out even finding my my name out or booking. Now, upon become a little upset and a little angry as I can see my weekend away going down the drain I pressed them for answers and results. All they can do is offer me a tray back ute....at the same price I laughed expecting them to be joking. They were not. Now it's Easter weekend, I'm out a rental on what seems to be the most busiest weekend in car rental history...thank heavens for Avis 3 doors down, the guys there are helpful, friendly and clearly decent people.
  Do yourself a favour, skip atlas rentals it is beyond a joke...unless you're a sadist.
