  Laziest post men from this post office. For years have never rung intercom and checked if you’re actually home, marks things as delivered when they have not been delivered, and worse of all claim they’re open on a public holiday when you get there to find that they are shut. Most unprofessional Aus Post office I’ve ever come across sadly.

  I was at home all day long and they didn't ring... or leave it to the reception... they are so lazy ! I had to go to the post office before work, then I wanted to pick up the package for my boyfriend I had his passport I could call him (visio) as proof but they didn't want to give me the package... they need an autorisation (write) so I wrote something outside then I took it...
  Too bad I couldn't put zero star !

  Well the lady that served me was extremely rude. I was picking up a parcel on behalf of my parents, didn’t know right away the work address they tried sending it to and didn’t know what was being delivered. That did not warrant eye rolling. I work in customer service and if you are even just having an off day, you don’t bring that to work or show that to customers. That has put me off completely and I will ask for another server next time if I am unlucky to be put with such an unpleasant woman again.

  One of the (asian looking staff) with the name of Iris was very helpful. She helped me to find the address which I was not sure. She took time and even used the iPad to assist me. Thank you Iris for going above and beyond for providing customer service. I really appreciate your help.
