  Dr Mark and the lovely team at Chelsea Cosmetics are wonderful.
  They listened to my needs and are supportive, accommodating and thorough every step of the way. The entire process was explained, and I was able to choose the best option that suited me.
  Im so glad that I choose to have my surgery locally and not oversea's as the before and aftercare has been perfect. My questions and post op concerns Dr Mark addressed immediately. It was extremely reassuring knowing that I have the 1 doctor throught the process. And just a short drive away for post op follow up.
  4 months post surgery incision wounds have completely disappeared!

  I have been to Chelsea Cosmetics for a few procedures now and they are way above most places having the newest and latest versions of all kinds of laser machines and devices. I also had a surgery recently which I’m still recovering from but so far my experience with the dr himself and the nurses were above and beyond. I had one concern and they made sure they could squeeze me in to address the concern asap. They have a genuine care approach where it’s more focused on helping rather than being transactional. I felt I was and still am in good hands with the best customer service I’ve received in this industry by far. Thank you for all your guidance and help. I will keep using them as they have such a broad offering of services and now have gained my trust in knowing they want the best outcome too.

  Have been seeing mark and his staff for a few years now and i could honestly not fault them , mark is amazing and the staff are so friendly always making me feel comfortable and reassuring me of the process , would like to say a special thanks to Ann the nurse as she went far and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. Highly highly recommended

  I must say Dr. Mark always gives his very best to get the best result possible even under challenging circumstances. He’s someone who strives for perfection and it kinda gets the burden off you to explain what you need. Also, the hospitality shown at the clinic is highly appreciable. I would highly recommend Chelsea Cosmetics.

  Dr Mark is amazing. Great bed side manner , gentle and very informative. I've been seeing the wonderful team here for 3 years and I honestly love my visits. I recently had my third thread lift (nose), I'm so very greatful for Dr Mark. I used to get filler (lunch time nose job) at another clinic, which I was never happy with. Filler was actually making it worse!! It enhanced an already large tip!! Dr Mark suggested a thread to support a lack of cartlidge and lift of the tip of the nose and I've never been happier! After care & support is second to none, Dr Mark and team go over and above to ensure client satisfaction. Thank you team, Cassandra
