- Britt h Added April 14, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I put an order for a university varsity jumper size L as there was not the correct size on the shelves. Staff processed my money and told me to wait for a text message for the jumper arrive. Waited 3 months and after multiple visits each member told me 'it was on its way.' Fed up i went the last time and demanded to know where my jumper was and then was told it had not been ordered or even made at my request.
Staff were unhelpful and blamed manufactures saying 'they have no idea, it could take a year' to produce. What type of company takes your money and then doesn't even properly order the good. No type of compensation or resolution was made on there hands for the lack of professionalism or wasting my time and money. However i got my money back eventually for the jumper ($99) but not the membership payment ($25) i only bought to buy the jumper.
Do not buy clothing from here if they do not have your size on the shelf.
