  I find colliers do not care about property management but profits. Pakenham plaza market place is a filthy disgrace and despite my attention given to colliers about dangers and conditions they seem to do patch ups rather than perm fixes.I took a nasty fall due to broken entrance tiles and have nerve damage to my neck.A witness made a statement however Colliers are covering up.I intend taking it through courts for damages as colliers do not seem concerned with negotiations.With 500 already signing a petition about health and safety issues in the centre words tell it all.Many elderly customers from 4 local nursing homes have found other centres to shop at.lack of management skills by Sarah Bridle and arrogant responses by her discredit Colliers.Her response is if you make a complaint then you are banned.Safety issues are biggest concerns followed by security.A security officer there that spends his time texting his GF rather than looking whats happening around him is a bad move.
  Dirty toilets and car parks,broken tiles on entry,cigarette butts everywhere,escalator failures all the time,youth causing havoc,The list goes on.
  Time for change of management.Take an example of Gandel group who own and run the likes of Chadstone,southland,east land etc who are professionals and actually listen to complaints then act on the concerns
