I went in for a routine skin cancer check as they are just across the road from where I work and wasn't told beforehand that it would be the cost of a double appointment. 15 mins is classed as 1 appointment which will cost you $89.00. I was literally not more than 20 mins and there was no one else waiting. Got to reception and was charged for a double appointment at $159.00. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Had I have been told beforehand they were charging me for a double appointment, I would have cancelled. Will not be going back and I'll be warning as many people as I can about their unreasonable and exorbitant billing practices. STAY AWAY and use a bulk biller or a more reputable practice.
