- Manish Teji Added June 08, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very unhelpful and unprofessional - I required a detailed statement of my account up and until a specific date. Customer service officers were full of attitude and very unpleasant. I have been with Hesta for the for past 15 years or so but no such regard for their customers and simple said they cannot produce such a statement.
I fail to understand a Public Listed Company - holding worth of Billions of dollars of public funds cannot cater for a simple request from a customer.
I was very dissatisfied and will definitely be moving.
They probably need to understand - If you cannot look after your customers someone else in the market will. - Russell Ritchie Added March 02, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Call room folks are all flash but no dash - promise the world but so far have never sent me promised email material and forms. A very defensive lot, too scared they may get asked to actually do something that requires effort & energy... Is it possible to post a half star!
