Slept on a friend's floor that night with nightmares of having to drill through our apartment door or wall. Called Lockwood to see who they recommended in the morning and these guys were at the top of their list. Marcus promised me he'd get our Lockwood digital dead bolt open and promised me he wouldn't have to drill. He succeeded after more than 2 hours of painstakingly cutting and gradually filing a new key on site and wouldn't take any beer on top of the $145 fee. To me it was a bargain for the service and dedication to a professional job. Thank you Marcus, we still owe you a beer!
