- Letisha Wells Added April 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered an iced coffee and it came with a complimentary pubic hair on top. When I discreetly mentioned it to a staff member she told me I was incorrect even though I hadn't touched my drink and physically showed her the hair and then said so what you want me to make you a new one? Absolutely a joke for customer service no apology and really If someone has a pube in their drink a new one made is bare minimum customer service I think.

However the hot chocolate was disgusting. I couldn't drink it. It was too cold and it was really vomiting. Wouldn't buy that again. Overall the cake and ice cream was good but the hot chocolate is undrinkable
