- Cyndy Broekers Added November 09, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately this stay was the least enjoyable of any Mercure hotel I've stayed in - especially as I'd booked two King rooms for 4 nights. One room had a sewerage odour all week and no fans in the bathrooms. The paintwork and door jams were in need of repair or a simple paint job to spruce up. The bed was hard and really uncomfortable for such a long stay (King was simply two singles together). The second room was nicer, no smell, comfortable bed but the air con didn't work properly. Breakfast was included but the food was inedible. Milk and juices didn't stay cold. Overall really disappointing.
- Adam Tilbrook Added June 21, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Really nice hotel in a good location. We paid $400 for 2 of us for 3 weeknights which included full buffet breakfast!! In a good location within the free tram zone so we didn't need to spend a lot on transport. Staff were extremely helpful in helping us get places and book any transport we did need. Currently being upgraded internally as well so will be keen to go back and check it out next time I'm in Melbourne!
