- JIN YU Added March 08, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poorest customer service ever. I was convinced by a consultant to buy something that was actually not fit for my projection. He said that it would be fine if I buy it now coz I could always come back and get a full refund. However, when I actually go back for refunding, what they did was like a joke!! "oh, my apologies, but this staff is new here, he knows nothing about the refunding policy. and there is nothing I can do now to help you." What I can choose was either replace it with another product or pay extra 20% restocking fee. So be careful customers!

Happily, the team at My Mac were absolutely fantastic - polite, empathetic, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to make sure my data was safe. They took my data chip out of a soaking wet computer, told me how to dry the chip overnight, and downloaded my data the next day. All of my data survived. I am forever grateful!!
