  Fantastic dealer. Bought my Astra RS-V in 2018 when Holden still existed. It was a used car with very low km as it was used by their staff. I always get it serviced there. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had a few things to get fixed and it was always under warranty. I highly recommend them. They returned my car washed and detailed. A very nice surprise. The Holden service department is switched on. Thanks guys

  Literally the worst service and communication I've had in my 48 years of life.
  Ralph D'Silva Holden left the oil cap off after a service. It caused issues, they denied it, and on it goes. This is now over 6 months of issues and they are not replying to me, again.
  Stress, lies, condescending bad customer service and quite simply a car that hasn't been reliable since. My car worked perfectly up until this particular service, not one issue. I have left positive reviews to other businesses on Google when they are earned, but this experience has got me nothing but stress, cost and frustration. It deserves the worst review, as it is nothing but the truth.
  See the photos, which is a very small selection. I had to go to another service center to prove to them there is an issue as they would not believe me. The other technician simply plugged in the computer and voila. How can Holden cause these issues, then not claim responsibility, and then make me pay for someone else to prove it.
  NOT a happy customer.

  I found the salesman Adam to be very helpful, & patient answering all my questions. The transaction was simple & smooth, & as I lived a fair way & could not take delivery of the car, he delivered it to my home. Very satisfied with the service.

  Renji was very professional and sincere in the car sales process. He helped arrange a test drive of the Suzuki Ignis and was very responsive to our questions. We just took the car today and we are extremely happy with how everything was sorted out for us!
