  I engaged Shine Lawyers after a traumatic departure from my employer a few years ago. The main lawyer who handled my claim was Louise Clark. I only have positive words to say about my experiences and contacts with her and the way in which she handled my case. She was very forthright and balanced in her analysis of my prospects for a positive outcome. She outlined both the positives and the negatives of my case and took a lot of time and effort to discuss the case in great detail. She showed a lot of empathy, kindness and compassion along the way. Having said that - she was ruthless when it came to communicating with the defence barristers. She played hard-ball right to the end and eventually settled out of court for the amount that we discussed. Also to her credit was the way in which she briefed our barrister Tom Bradley and they worked extremely well together. During my conversations with Tom, Louise sat back and allowed him to do his job but after our meeting had concluded Louise would always make a telephone call to check on my welfare and to clarify any points or issues that may have arisen during the conference. I have to say the process has been a rollercoaster of emotion and without the support, determination and expertise of Louise, I don't think I would have achieved the outcome that I did. I am forever grateful and I know that she will have a long and successful career. Thank you so much Louise.

  I couldn’t thank Louise Clark and the Shine lawyers team enough for their ongoing support and help throughout the entire process.

  My dad has had Louise for 1.5 years, she was incredibly supportive of his physical and psychological health. She was always professional and ensured he felt seen and heard. He can't thank her enough for her help, always returning phone calls and staying in contact with him to relieve his anxiety about the process.
