  Our stay was extremely disappointing, the worst of any of our stays anywhere. Firstly 45min wait to check in. The line was out the door. I understand they had computer issues but to not have a back up plan for occasions like this I do not understand. We had a show to go to and the wait put us behind. We were not offered anything just to accept it. Then to get to our room and the card not open our door. This happened numerous times in our one night stay. Staff were not understanding. We had two rooms and booked for 7 people. One room had two towels and one robe, the second room had two towels and two robes, not enough to cater for the people we had booked for. On returning to our room from our evening show the lifts were out of order and had to use the service lift. Rooms were nice but windows were so dirty. They took a security deposit of $100 per room which is fine but to only be told on check out it is not returned for appox two weeks. Honestly I wouldn't stay here again. It did not cater to us for a hassle and stress free night away. And was definitely not worth the money.

  We had a lovely stay!
  Unfortunately because we booked through a 3rd party we qere not informed that the pool and spa were under construction, however the lovely gentleman Shin possibly the manager...offered us daily breakfast free of charge.
  His customer service was 10/10, the location was fantastic and the rooms were very clean.

  A 5-star hotel - I don’t think so. Room was lovely and well acquainted and spacious, in an ideal location. But that’s where it starts and ends. Arriving at 11pm to check in to find the glass doors at reception locked, yet with staff at the reception desk being able to see usfully. We’ve then proceeded to knock on said front glass doors & wave to gain attention of front desk staff to let us in. After ignoring us for 10 minutes (I don’t know what they thought we were wanting, with obvious luggage as if we we checking in?) a front desk staff member let’s us in, rolls his eyes and shakes his head at us, not so much as a “welcome” or any other greeting throughout check-in. Every staff member we dealt with had such attitude, tutting under breath and rolling of eyes when something is asked for.
  
  When trying to order breakfast to our room one morning, I’ve called down to “in-room dining” to order a simple white toast with butter, I’m advised we can’t do this as it’s not on the menu. Granted it is not specifically on the menu, but in all fairness, it’s toast? And a pretty standard breakfast offering? I’ve asked if they can please just have some toast sent up, to which I am tutted at. Furthermore, I’m then told there’s an extra charge for butter? Unreal.
  
  Tip of the iceberg with dealing with staff here. Overall, just avoid.

  A great place to stay, handy to everything. Clean room but not serviced at all for our 3 day stay. That was a bit odd!!! The pool was meant to open Feb 1st but was still closed when we checked out on 3rd.

  Check in/out a little bit drawn out with data entry into the computer. Friendly staff, comfortable, well equipped room. Not the hotels fault, but a bit of road noise early in the morning. I guess that's the risk of staying in the CBD.
