- Luke Doran Added December 20, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely shocking service. Whilst working in Australia for a couple of years, I was injured at work with a broken finger. It was caused by unpacked an unstable load. I enquired with Taylor and Preston and Jeremy and another Erin's came over the same evening to have a chat and take notes.
At the time they filled me with confidence so I decided to go ahead. I had to pay $2000 for a medical report from a professional who had appaling reviews and reputation all over the Internet. My case was passed between a number of different people who were always uncontactable. Emails were not replied to, phone calls never amounted to anything. When ever I did get an email it was full of empty promises and attamepts to fob me off. I'm now $2000 out of pocket with no hope of getting any of it back. This was an awful lot to me at the time and made life very difficult.
All in all, very unprofessional and I would recommend that you avoid these like the plague!
