- Omar S Added October 02, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service, we were 5 people, only one of us wanted to smoke shisha, the rest wanted to order drinks and snacks. Owner said you have to order another shisha as its store policy not to share shisha with more than 3 people , we explained that the rest don't smoke but it fell on deaf ears. Shop was virtually empty on a Sunday evening, owner kicked us out.
We are upset because we have been going on this place for a year now and this is the first time this happened.
We took our business to shisha square on high Street, Preston. Better service and no weird store policies.
