  I am a mortgage broker and I really appreciate the support from BankWest. it is so far the only bank allow broker to help the home loan clients after settlement. It allows us to see clients' current home loan rate, and apply for automatic pricing to lower clients' cost. All other banks so far do not trust brokers that much, and worry if we see clients' rate and we will refinance them. A lot of systematic support, allow the banks and brokers to work together to provide better customer experience.

  Being using Bankwest for a few years, they have a absolutely delightful online customer team. Every time I need something quickly, I could just message them on their app, and things can be solved within minutes! I really love the online chat function!!

  Not overly impressed with some of the transferring process funds. Second time we’ve been through this process and will move to another bank.
