  Long story here, but worth it.
  
  I was booked in by my insurer to another unnamed smash repairer in the area. I popped in to get the car assessed only to be told I had to make a booking and to come back tomorrow.
  Came back the next day and the assessment literally took 2 minutes, not sure why he couldn't look over it then.
  Then came the news that they only had one loan car and it was booked for over 6 weeks in advance and would be not available to me the next week. All up I was pretty peeved.
  
  The same day I happened to be driving down Bay Rd and dropped in at BSR to explain to them what happened. Tony and the team were straight onto it. Explained everything I needed to do with the insurer, brand new loan car for as long as they had the car, and had the entire job done super quick.
  They even fixed a panel that wasn't covered by insurance, just because they're like that.
  
  Best customer service I've had in years. The 2 slabs I bought them to than them doesn't go far enough to show how pleased I am with the service. This is how you win customers and keep them. I'll never go anywhere else.
