  First time using Calla & Gardenia, as l received a beautiful arrangement l thought l would give them a go. Well l wasn’t disappointed and exceeded my expectations. From the online ordering to the continuous communication from first process to delivery.
  
  Their bouquets have some of the most amazing roses I've seen. Thank you for such a gorgeous arrangement of flowers. It was exactly as pictured and the recipient was overwhelmed. C&G will definitely be my go to florist from now on.

  The arrangement I ordered came out even better than expected! I knew I wanted something classy, pastel but colorful. Calla & Gardenia was so great at making my vision come to life by asking all the right questions. The entire process was very accommodating. The family loved it and couldn’t stop mentioning it. It brought a smile to their faces and that was literally all I wanted Thank you guys so much! I am very grateful.

  Rang Calla & Gardenia this morning to order flowers to be sent to a hospital within 800 meters of the shop. Staff didn't know the address & fumbled attempting to find it - presumably on computer. As it was a delivery I was directed to the website to order. I explained I wanted to discuss my requirements & attempting to pick off the website was unacceptable. As I didn't know exactly what I wanted - the very reason for wanting to talk to a person - I was treated as a nuisance and again directed to the website. The staff member was extremely unhelpful & gave the impression that I was wasting her time. I hung up & rang Floraison Flowers where the staff member was extremely helpful assisting to choose an arrangement in my foster-daughter's favourite colours and arranging delivery. $120 order lost to calla & Gardenia.

  Great and helpful service, ordered flowers to pick up but finishing work was hard to make the pick up time. late. So I wasn’t able to pick up during work hours and they were able to have someone hold it for me to pick up after hours. Super kind and gorgeous flowers and tasty mini cake! My friend will be cherishing the bouquet for as long as she can!
