I'd like to know how you can justify and deem it to be fair and reasonable that we were charged $58 a head cancellation fee for a group booking of 18 people with only 3 people not being able to attend. We were never informed about this policy prior and to be presented with a bill at the end of the evening including the cancellation is unacceptable.
