  Hi there
  
  My name is Gabby and I had my hair done Friday night. I have completely forgotten the name of the lovely women who did my hair - however I just needed to send an email to let her and the salon know of just how happy I am (she know this, as I screamed and said OMG about 1000 times before leaving!)
  
  I have had extensions in for such a long time, I was so very nervous about coming in and taking them out + Changing the colour. She gave me her recommendation on what she thought I should do, thank goodness she did as my new highlights in my what was darker hair accentuate my face and features like never before. She really is just phenomenal at what she does. I've never been able to get to a perfect chocolate brown look and she did this within the first shot! I am so over the moon with this.
  
  What I too loved was the recommendation in product - I left with 3 of these and am looking very forward to using them to rejuvenate and replenish my hair.
  
  Customer service was - amazing. Great banter, laughs, and overall customer care was just fantastic.
  
  The Experience from start to finish was just like nothing else, and after sending some snaps to my friends of the new hair do, many of them are now looking very forward to having there hair done at Confidente now too.
  
  Thanks so, so much. I was so nervous about coming in as I've had some disasters happen over the last year - I've found my hairdresser for life!

  What a fabulous find in Melbourne. I enjoy the fact it is a intimate studio with one on one service. Given I lead a very hectic life, the personal experience and time I have with the stylist is exceptional. I have been 3 times now and every time I have been most impressed. Last night I took my daughter also. Kathryn is an exceptional operator, very knowledgeable, on trend and extremely patient. Customer service and satisfaction for me has been 10/10.   Very professional and excellent customer service. Perfect place for a makeover. I have not seen any other salon to extend this kind of personal care, my hair was so unruly, frizzy and uncontrollable but Kat...'s great work changed my perception on my hair. I felt very comfortable and super happy with the whole service. All though, it is a bit pricey than other salons but their service paid off everything. Thank you dear.
