    I have found their customer service to be the best that I've ever seen at a bike shop.

    Staff are knowledgable and passionate about bikes, and are really keen to help you fix problems with your bike. The procare servicing might seem minimal, it if you're prepared to clean your bike yourself and sort out some of your problems it covers a large portion of your servicing needs.

    Would buy S - 1 bikes from this shop.

    Fantastic service. The spent time talking to my 13 year old (not me) to really understand what he needed. They recommended the bikes he needed not the most expensive products on the floor. Well done team. You have a couple of new raving fans!
