    Took bike in for a problem that another mechanic had attempted to fix. They diagnosed problem within 5 minutes and quoted me a good price. Not 45 minutes later the repair was complete, they had made sure to get it done as I needed the bike the next morning. Incredible service and repair was done well and holds up. The guys there are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. It is clear they love doing what they do, and this means you can expect a good repair and help with anything needed.

    Fantastic service. The store team had not dealt with my type of query before, but they took time to investigate. The order was placed and delivered very efficiently. Great commitment to customer service.

    Amazing service from initial purchase advice to assisting with custom build to specialised technical skills not seen elsewhere to a fantastic bike fit. James and the team managed to do a custom build on my Madone that every other bike shop and mechanic had told me was impossible. Getting the lightest/stiffest crankset in the world (SISL2) onto the Madone. It's a glorious ride. A bike I hope lasts forever.

    These guys absolutely rock. I was excited to get a pair of the new Giro E70 lace up shoes only to discover after my first ride one shoe was too small (yep, different sized feet!). These guys jumped on to the supplier and arranged a return and new, larger pair at no extra charge. Convenient and hugely helpful group of people! Thanks!!
