I transfer some money to them to send overseas around two weeks ago, but it is not been transferred to the given account yet. worst thing is they not even answer the phone....

I had really bad experience with EMS International when I was sending funds to Sri Lanka. They took over a week to transfer AUD $ to my father in SLK. I had to make calls 20 times asking them to do the transfer.
They are part of MKS (Grocery Company in Dandenong) and when I was questioning reason for the delay, they mentioned there’s some money problem of their agent in Sri Lanka who do the transfer. Then only I realized they don’t use proper banks to do the international money transfers, which means they are unlicensed.

I TRANSFERRED S SUM FOR A LIFE AND DEATH EMERGENCY OF A PERSON AND IT TOOK 16 DAYS. IMAGINE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PATIENT.
