    One of the most amazing bakeries. I have waited decades for excellent Scandinavian treats. The cardamon rolls and saffron cookies are heaven. My own Swedish granny couldn't have made better.

    I don't know how to say this nicely, but this is as close to perfection as you can get for a cardamom bun. Crisp, sugar coated outer shell and a soft, sticky core. A mild dusting of cardamom that doesn't overpower your taste buds. Perfect on a chilly morning with a warm cup of milky coffee.

    The hype is real! The cardamom bun is the bomb! Love the texture of the Danish pastry! But most of all I loved the level of cardamom in the bun. It looks like there's a lot but it is not overpowering. So delicious! The saffron bun was nice too, but much more subtle than the cardamom one. My girlfriend really loved the crisp bread as well. I think it's a matter of timing regarding the wait. There was no line when we got in the late afternoon on a weekday. There were also plenty of seats inside.

    If you go and buy the cardamon bun you really should buy extra. They heat up nicely the following day.

    Time to head to fabrique! The saffron sugar buns are perfection in a pastry. NOTHING is better dunked in a cup of coffee. Fabrique is as good as any Swedish pastry shop you find in Sweden. Besides great baked goods you will also be treated very well. The manager and her staff are super friendly.
