  Had two bad experiences here on Saturday 18th, March. I had never been in this store and wanted to see if they knew their stuff before I looked at potentionally purchasing a set for my partner and myself. At both stores they couldn't distinguish that I had blue argyle diamonds on my celebratory band with which I had the certificate in my pocket. nor could they distinguish a yellow sapphire which was previously lab certified, again in my pocket as the staff members were displaying their lack of knowledge. It was almost embarrassing for the company having the staff members (especially at the block arcade store) rudely telling me that my jewellery which I wanted restored and valued was citrine and i was offered no explanation for the diamonds except that they were a bad colour. I had a certificate on hand stating they are fancy blue argyle diamonds which I didn't even bother showing as it would have been extremely embarrassing for these two ladies. this was an unprofessional, unknowledgeable store and I will not be recommending or buying from Keshett at all, especially since I gave it two tries and wanted proof of knowledge and was handed rude service and was told there was nothing I would like in stock even though I wasn't even asked what I wanted for me and my partner
