  Place is amazing, beautiful flowers but worse customer service, the man and the woman didn’t want to help us with building a bouquet, was trying to get assistance but they didn’t seem bothered with helping. Then at the end they rushed us to pay because “they have other customers waiting” even though I wasn’t done and was still adding stuff. Very disappointed to be treated so badly when we spent more then 200$.

  Terrible customer service! If you don’t want to service customers- QUIT YOUR JOB AND STAY HOME! Extremely arrogant, rude, sarcastic and unhelpful staff- both the lady and the man. My wife is new to Melbourne and was shocked to be treated the way she was treated. Either Mel CBD doesn’t deserve a florist like yours or the florist don’t deserve staff like you! NEVER going back or recommending them!

  I've made an order for an anniversary, in person, three weeks in advance and paid in full! I gave them full flexibility about what flowers to use and the delivery address in also in the CBD, literally two blocks away.
  The only requirement I had: deliver in the morning, as early as possible! The delivery address was a governmental building with 24/7 coverage.
  
  It's almost 3PM and after calling the shop four times with no answer, I finally got someone that told me very blunt that my order was not delivered and "the driver is in the area"...
  
  I was a florist for more than a decade on two continents. I've had thousands of orders to deliver and made many of those myself.
  I know that my order was the ideal one: way in advance, close proximity address and florist choice of flowers.
  
  Floristry is a bit art, a bit business but A LOT customer service!
  
  Customer service that I didn't had today... Flowers without customer service are just "herbs".
  
  I fully understand a business may not function correctly sometimes and sometimes mistakes are made. And that's why is important to say "sorry" or *apologies " and try to fix any issues a client may have.
  
  Didn't happen today and I feel let down.
  
  You lost my trust, my business and my share of "viral marketing "!
  
  Disappointed!
  
  Later edit: flowers were delivered around 30 minutes after my initial call. And the florist who made them is really good! And the flowers are fresh.

  Beautiful and very fresh flowers with exceptional customer service. Owner went out of his way to ensure delivery made it on time and took care to ensure the flowers chosen met the brief! I will be back! Highly recommend

  Beautiful shop but worst customer service. The man at the counter told me that I can’t video call in the shop coz I was loud and he can’t hear his colleagues calling him. What a joke!
  HELLO, pls put up a board that “one can’t talk loudly”
  On the other hand, I wasn’t even loud/noisy.
  Poor service. Never visiting this store.
