  Great location, excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff. It's the cleanliness of the rooms that let's them down.
  The floor felt filthy underfoot & the proof came to fruition when the clean soles of our white socks turned black after walking throughout the apartment. We wiped the overspray from the shower in the bathroom using the white floor mat & the underside of the floor mat became filthy. The same occurred when wiping up water from the leaking fridge in the kitchen.
  The apartment was tidy, but definitely not clean.

  We stayed at 1 bedroom room with city views.
  Great location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent amenities and overall good value for money.
  On the other side rooms and showers feel a bit old and some renovations can give a second life to the hotel. Very dirty windows on the outside which kinda kills the purpose of booking the room with the view. No AC in the bedroom.

  Location great but that's where it ends. Room was nothing like website. The bathroom shower was mouldy, toilet kept running, 1 tiny down light in it. The carpet had a massive stain and a hole in it. There was a kitchenette to use but only place to sit and eat is the bed. Aircon was useless so the room was cold. For the cost of it, it was terrible. Will never recommend or stay there ever again.

  Booked a room that was shown in the photos and got something completely different. The apartment was different, the view was different and one of the rooms didn’t even have a window (not mentioned when you book it)
  I talked with the front desk and they didn’t even accept that their photos are misleading consumers and didn’t change our room.
  You can compare the room with my photos and their website ones. The room is the 2 bedroom apartment.

  Suite was more than expected. Very large lounge king size bed, public transport close. Loved our stay, will return again, loved city view and large bathroom. Having a balcony fantastic.
