  After booking I discovered (by pure fluke) that I had to check in at a different location inconveniently located about 2+km away in Carlton. I do a lot of travelling and stay in many hotels and this is the most ridiculous arrangement I have yet encountered. Too bad if you are on business without a car, or if you are arriving late.

  Spacious rooms. Great location. Picking the key up from Carlton is only a minor annoyance. Basic decor but a solid budget choice.

  Deceptive advertising - you need to check in and collect keys at a slum in Carlton then return into the city.
  
  Apartment clean but disintegrating. Carpet ripped and threadbare. Kitchen flooring lifting. Only if you have no other choice - i was booked in by another with a sincere attempt to select something inexpensive and well located. Its cheap but for a good reason

  The carpet in the room is worn and a trip hazard. Requires urgent repair.
  Needs entire room reno.
  Furniture, paint old and worn.
  Deposit of 300 is steep and key collection is inconvenient and should be stated that you need to pick up elsewhere upon reservation.
  Overall 2 stars.
