    Went to get a pair of in-ear headphones for running, the staff at the store was very helpful, even appreciated my choice of music while I was testing out the headphones (it was AC/DC).
    He allowed me to test three different headphones and did not push me to make a purchase. He knew the product line and history well and suitably impressed me with his knowledge of audio and hi-fi technology. i did walk out from the store with a purchase at the end of that experience.
