- Ash Azizi Added January 29, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would not recommend Rotana Travel the lady Mahsa made mistakes on my bookings for my trip overseas I contacted the manager Diana who was rude and wouldn't do anything about it being their fault. I paid extra to fix their mistakes but let me tell you all the hassle I went through just to get my booking fixed was definitely not worth it. Shocking service do not recommend Rotana travel at all.
