  So maybe people will have a different experience to me but I feel obligated to share my experience. And perhaps each room is different? My room was 627.
  So when I arrived I asked for secure parking for my motorcycle and was told the parking was only for cars!?.. this seems absurd as 1 car spot could provide secure parking for 3 to 4 bikes?
  If you like a very firm mattress then you will be fine but for me it was like sleeping on planks of wood.. so each night was not a deep nights sleep for me.
  After a day of refrigerating my newly bought groceries everything was frozen solids so as to spoil my products.. so just be cautious with this.
  But the pros were: the staff were friendly and helpful. And the price wasn't super high.

  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Absolutely exceptional service on a super busy weekend. Shah (& Fred) were EXEMPLARY in their customer service when we came across a minor issue. Fantastic staff who clearly love their jobs and are appreciated by the guests who value superior service. Thank you so very much for assisting my husband and I get a room that best suits our stay requirements. 6 stars!!! We cannot thank you enough for your outstanding hospitality

  No balcony tho advertised. cheaper to book elsewhere than direct with them. Cutlery consisted of one spoon. No couch which other websites seemed to indicate there'd be. Despite signs in room indicating towels on floor would be replaced and despite leaving "please make up my room” sign on door, room wasn't touched. Great water pressure, sheets, window opened

  I will give a 5 star for location, accessible to public transport and exterior. But not a well maintained or so clean inside rooms.

  I booked a suit at this hotel only to find out after check in that someone else had access to my room to use the bathroom!!!! The manager was unapologetic, dismissive and rude. I was moved to a room which was no where near the standard of what I had paid for. I would never book the room they moved me too. It was no greater than what you would expect a cabin at a caravan park to be styled with. Cheap couches with tacky poorly fitted covers over the couches low end kitchenette. The room appeared to be a converted office so you could hear a lot of noise from your neighbors. The room I booked and paid for was large, had a bath, had a view had leather couches black out curtains balcony etc. the room they moved me too had none of these things and the manger charged me the full amount with the pathetic offer of waving a $20 parking fee. The manager has no business working in hospitality. I have been a regular at this hotel for years and the last two visits have been riddled with issues. So for me, I shall never return and suggest you look elsewhere unless you want to pay top dollar for an appallingly bad product. There are far better options for far less money. I feel completely scammed having been charged full price for a suit and put into a really low end room. Shocking!!!!!
