Personally I have been a loyal customer of your business for the last 7 years, have always satisfactory with the level of customer service you guys have provided. One of the comment mentioned that faulty item was exchanged three times. For the sake of hygiene and public safety, personally I will be telling that customer to wear a wig hygiene guard and be considerate for others.
