- Agnes Hutchings Added June 22, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My husband was looking for a pair of running shoes and his physiotherapist recommended Sole Motive at Queen Street, Melbourne. We were both extremely disappointed with the service they offered. One of the shop assistants started recording to determine his running style, then recommended a few pairs. However, didn't do another check on how he runs with the recommended pairs. She left it up to him to which one to buy. My husband then explained about his back injury, how he can't run for long and wondering which shoes would be best. Still no good response. She clearly didn't show her knowledge on the products. These running shoes aren't cheap and customers would expect better customer service. Both shop assistants just didn't seem to care.
