Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday - the flowers were not delivered to the correct address (the courier just dropped them at another address without even ringing the bell asking for the correct address - they would have told him to go upstairs) - my mum never received the flowers and they refuse to give me a refund. They guarantee 100% satisfaction on their site - I'm not even 1% satisfied.
