  I booked two flights with Webjet. One of these flights was a Tiger Air flight that I book through the Webjet portal. However when I received the electronic itinerary, the flight time was incorrect. I telephoned Webjet. They told me that they cannot assist as they have "no access" the the Tiger Air system to make any changes to flights. I telephoned Tiger Air, they said that I can amend my booking on-line or over the telephone for a fee 1) a change flight fee PLUS 2) any difference in airfare PLUS 3) credit card transaction fees. The told me to call back Webjet. I telephoned Webjet and around we go again.
  
  What happens when things do go wrong and your just the person in the middle .... I won't use an online agency nor a budget airline again. It is not just an issue of money, and time spent on the telephone... it is the mindset of these business operators. Sure people are polite on the phone and offer apologies as per their telephone etiquette training but no one offers to actually help make a wrong right.
